If Popcorn had anyone she considered a nemesis it would be Boysenberry Lollipop...except Boysenberry refuses to do anything but serve Popcorn's every whim...except "Go away and leave me alone". Boysey keeps trying hard to earn her leader's acceptance while manipulating the entire gang around her, even blatantly manipulating Popcorn, or at least, attempting to, while Popcorn continually rebuffs her and sends her back to work.
